I found out in the fall of 2019 that I was donor conceived and that my biological father was my mother's fertility doctor. I created this website to help other's who are making similar discoveries and looking for support and information. I've also begun testifying and adding my voice to help change donor laws in the US and improve mental health support for those with late DC discovery.
In 2018, through commercial DNA testing, I discovered that my mother's infertility doctor was my biological father. I was horrified to learn that fertility fraud was not a crime in Texas. In 2019, I lobbied to pass a fertility fraud bill criminalizing this act and it unanimously pass being written into law. I found the purpose of my pain and have continued legislation efforts in other states.
