Clinics first response was “destroyed by a fire”, a few months later another person at the clinic said “there was a flood and they all got damaged”. A few months later they said “there was no legal requirement to keep them longer than 15 years so they’ve all been chucked out”.
In 2015 I spoke to the dr in charge of Mums procedure and he said “I never chucked anything out, all the records are out the back or in the garage at home”. They found my records a few weeks later.
